Soarin' ™

Fasten your seat belt on the multi-passenger glider and be lifted 40 feet into the air. Swoop up and soar towards the clouds and spectacular California panoramas. An IMAX projection dome wraps 180 degrees around you, so you're engulfed by the impressive scenery.

Special cameras on airplanes and helicopters captured many of the shots and the glider moves the same way the aircraft did, so you really feel like you're flying as you glide over such awe-inspiring vistas and landmarks as: San Francisco, Golden Gate Bridge, Redwood Creek, Napa Valley, Monterey, Lake Tahoe, Yosemite National Park, Camarillo, Anaza-Borrego Desert State Park, San Diego, Malibu, and Los Angeles.

Test Track

Step into the world of automotive testing as your 6-seat vehicle undergoes the safety and quality tests that General Motors performs on every prototype it manufactures.

As you begin this 5-minute, nearly one-mile auto escapade, strap yourself in, ascend steep terrain that's 3 stories high, then let loose downhill, blasting across a bumpy road and roaring through 50-degree banked curves and hair-pin turns that test suspension and brakes at speeds up to 60 miles per hour!

Zoom into the environmental chamber to endure the extreme heat and cold tests—at temperatures that are 100 degrees apart! Finally, face the challenge of avoiding a crash barrier...

The Seas with Nemo & Friends

Board a "clamobile" and gently descend below the waves into a colorful underwater world where Nemo and his friends explore colorful tropical reefs, discover ancient shipwrecks, meet beautiful sea creatures and avoid lurking peril.

Nemo is once again missing and Marlin and Dory are searching for him—although, unlike in the movie, Nemo is more playfully absent than truly lost. The adventure climaxes with an awe-inspiring view of the Finding Nemo characters frolicking among real-life fish living in a 5.7 million gallon salt-water tank.

Spaceship Earth

Spaceship Earth is a slow-moving 16-minute ride through time and space for Guests of all ages. Located inside Epcot theme park's spherical icon, the attraction's Audio-Animatronic scenes depict the stirring story of human connection from the dawn of recorded time to the 21st century's cyber age.

Bear witness to prehistoric man's first words, behold the hieroglyphics of the ancient Egyptians, follow the advanced system of roads amidst Rome, and journey through the Industrial Revolution and the Age of Information.

Mission:Space

Mission: SPACE, a motion simulator ride at Epcot theme park, is as close as you can get to blasting off into space without leaving Earth. This attraction for big kids, teens and adults realistically mimics what an astronaut might experience during a space flight to Mars.

Each member of your astronaut team has a challenging role in a dynamic and daring cosmic mission dodging meteors and navigating nebulae. Mission: SPACE is available in 2 versions—select the Orange Team for exhilarating and intense training or opt for the Green Team and have a less intense galactic adventure.

Captain EO starring Michael Jackson

The legendary Captain EO starring Michael Jackson returns to Epcot theme park! Join millions of fans who thrill to the music and be awed by the visual effects magic of some of the biggest names in Hollywood during this 17-minute interactive film.

Filled with show-stopping musical numbers performed by Michael Jackson, and stunning special effects orchestrated by executive producer George Lucas and director Francis Ford Coppola, Captain EO is a sight and sound spectacular with an enduring message.

Circle of Life

Circle of Life is a spirited 20-minute environmental film for big kids, teens and adults in Future World at Epcot theme park. Marvel at the wonders of nature through a magical mix of animation, live action, and Simba, Timon and Pumbaa from The Lion King.

When Timon and Pumbaa start clearing trees from the savanna and damming rivers to build the Hakuna Matata Lakeside Village, King of the Pridelands Simba gets ruffled and steps in to teach them the impact of their actions. Pumbaa and Timon soon realize how important the different kinds of plants and animals are to the health of the planet. After all, they're part of the Circle of Life.

Ellen's Energy Adventure

The adventure begins as Ellen slips into sleep in front of the television while watching Jeopardy! Her dream of being a contestant on the game show turns alarming when she realizes she's pitted against her college rival "Smart Judy" and the quiz categories are all about energy—a subject Ellen knows nothing about.

Lucky for her, Bill Nye the Science Guy is her neighbor and together they travel through time for some tutoring on the topic. Join them on their journey through the creation of the universe. See and hear the explosive Big Bang. Travel around, between and under giant dinosaurs. Narrowly escape streams of molten lava. Discover how fossil fuels were formed. Float far above Earth with satellites and atoms, and finally, explore a future filled with fusion power.

ImageWorks

ImageWorks is an interactive play area where kids of all ages are invited to unlock the power of their own creativity in the Future World area at Epcot theme park.

Check out this vast array of hands-on, sensory-themed activities where you can exercise your imagination and explore your creative side in exciting exhibits that allow you to do things like: Wave your arms and move your body to create magical music, Transform yourself into an animal and e-mail the photo to friends, or Videotape your image and play it back in super slow motion.

Imagination! Pavilion

The Imagination! Pavilion in the Future World area of Epcot theme park contains attractions, entertainment and shopping that encourage Guests of all ages to play and set their imaginations free.

Innoventions

Innoventions is a 2-building pavilion and interactive play space for kids of all ages where you can imagine, invent, inquire and be inspired while exploring amazing innovations that make our lives better.

Get a fun lesson in fire safety as you compete against other Guests through the "most dangerous house in America." Meet your personal investment guide (PIG), who will lead you to your financial goal. Push the limits of everyday products as you test their safety (yes, some slamming, smashing and bashing is involved) or create and experience your very own thrill ride. Around here, a little imagination goes a long way! Where will yours take you?

Journey Into Imagination with Figment

Journey Into Imagination With Figment begins with an invitation by Chairman Dr. Nigel Channing to attend an open house event at his prestigious Imagination Institute.

Inside his precious sensory labs, Dr. Channing sets out to prove how the 5 senses—sound, sight, smell, touch and taste—capture and control the imagination. But much to Dr. Channing's chagrin, the playful purple dragon Figment has joined the tour, too.

Full of mischief and music, Figment derails Dr. Channing's sound experiment, screws around with the sight chart and causes quite a stink in the Smell Lab.

Living with the Land

Living with the Land is a 14-minute boat ride in Future World at Epcot theme park that explores agricultural advances in the rain forest, Africa and beyond.

Set sail on a voyage of discovery through living laboratories as you cruise past the American plains, a tropical rain forest and the African desert to witness the latest developments in aquaculture and desert farming. Float by experimental greenhouses—where produce is grown for Epcot restaurants—and take a fascinating first-hand look at an aqua environment, the Aquacell, with alligators and fish. The greenhouses grow crops native to many cultures, including rice, sugar cane and bananas.

Mission: SPACE Advanced Training Lab

Mission: SPACE Advanced Training Lab is an interactive play space featuring space-themed exhibits and games for Guests of all ages in the Mission: SPACE Pavilion at Epcot theme park.

Mission: SPACE Advanced Training Lab is the perfect place to visit after blasting off in Mission: SPACE Attraction, or if you decide not to join in the journey to Mars but still want some space-themed fun.

The Land Pavilion

The Land Pavilion in Epcot theme park at Walt Disney World Resort celebrates the land we live on with fun attractions for Guests of all ages.

Explore land as far as the eye can see in this awesome 6-acre pavilion. Soar over California. Take a relaxing boat ride. Watch a fun-filled, intriguing film hosted by friends from Disney's The Lion King that focuses on the environment. Explore how we use the land, and what we can do to preserve it.

The Seas with Nemo & Friends Pavilion

The Seas with Nemo & Friends is a Pavilion in Future World in Epcot theme park that features a massive aquarium that holds one of the largest man-made ocean environments in the world. Plunge below the surface and join characters from the Disney·Pixar film Finding Nemo as they share the secrets of their hidden undersea home.

The pavilion features: The Sea Base and Caribbean Coral Reef Aquarium, The Seas with Nemo & Friends ride, The Turtle Talk with Crush show, Coral Reef Restaurant, Special Programs, and an Ocean-themed gift shop

Universe of Energy

Universe of Energy, a dramatic mirrored pyramid pavilion for Guests of all ages in the Future World area of Epcot theme park, is dedicated to energy—the production, conservation and history of its sources.

Universe of Energy explores alternative energy sources inside—and outside—the pavilion. Solar panels that blanket the roof partially power the ride vehicles for the multimedia attraction contained inside: Ellen's Energy Adventure.
