RENOVATION NOTICE: The Jaguar Pool Slide at the Lost City of Cibola Pool will be closed for refurbishment as of March 31, 2008. Expected completion date is is April 25, 2008. During this time The Lost City of Cibola Pool will continue to operate. Only the Jaguar Slide will be closed.

As of June 1, 2007, all Disney owned and operated resort hotels at the Walt Disney World Resort will become smoke free environments. This applies to all guestrooms, patios and balconies. Smoking is currently prohibited in all lobbies, common areas, restaurants and convention spaces. Smoking will be permitted in designated outdoor smoking locations only.

Effective immediately, guests will no longer be able to request a smoking room for arrivals after May 1, 2007. The resorts will be in a transitional phase to update guest rooms for the smoke free policy.

Cancellations made inside of 5 days prior to arrival incur a 1 night hotel penalty and applicable product penalties.

Walt Disney World reservations must be booked with the correct guest names. A complete name change to the lead name is considered a cancellation and will require a new reservation.
